Frequently asked

How do I pin Web3 Security Shield?

Click the 🧩 puzzle piece icon at the top-right of your Chrome toolbar, find "Web3 Security Shield" in the list, then click the 📌 pin icon next to it. It stays visible permanently.

The protection status is not saving?

Make sure you are not in Incognito mode with extension settings disabled, or using a browser setting that automatically clears localStorage on close. Right-click the extension → Details and confirm "Allow in Incognito" is set as you need.

Does the extension read my wallet activity?

No. Web3 Security Shield has ZERO host permissions, ZERO tab access, and never communicates with servers. It simply flips a single local On/Off flag when you click the button.

Can I request a feature or wallet integration?

Absolutely. Use the form above and choose "Feature Request" or email support@metashieldtols.com. We review every submission.
